This 200 hour Orthopedic Yoga Therapy Level 1: Transformational Flow training will create balance and ease in your body, deeply nourish your spirit and leave you fully prepared to teach EXCELLENT classes to students of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels of fitness. Our unique training teaches not only the precise anatomy needed to do the poses safely but also the neurology and philosophy that makes yoga much more than an exercise.

Reiki Certification Level 1

Become a channel for the healing energy of Reiki.

Join the lineage of Dr. Usui as Reiki Master Leah Polcari, LMT, RMT will attune you to the healing energy of reiki.

In this workshop:

You will learn the Reiki Precepts
Discuss the Chakra system
Learn hand placements for a self treatment
Receive an attunement in Reiki 1
After your attunement you will have time to practice a treatment on eachother.
You will earn a certificate in Usui Shiki Ryoho a reiki level 1.

Leah Polcari is a licensed massage therapist and a reiki master teacher, and has been in the healing arts for the last 15 years. She has a BA in Psychology from UMass Dartmouth, where she first became interested in mindfulness and stress relief practices. Her work is to help others discover the healing power of reiki and how to incorporate it into their life and their career path.
