Intro to yoga

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Slower paced than all levels, it focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.

This class is the next step up from our intro class, with a focus on breath and feeling. All levels Yoga offers accessible alignment cues to engage any Yogi. Class includes opportunities for breath work and meditation.

Flow & restore

Unwind from your day with a slow-flow class ending in juicy restorative postures and energy work.


All levels are welcome.


Also called “flow” yoga. Practitioners will string together a series of postures in a sequence to calm the mind and activate the body.

power yoga

Power yoga is a class for Everybody based on the Journey into Power sequence. This class combines breath and movement in a dynamic sequence of poses that will challenge you physically. This class will strengthen, stretch, and reinvigorate your body, clear your mind, and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.
