Sonic Ascension: A Somatic Kirtan Experience - Movement • Sound • Activation • Release

Step into an immersive, embodied experience designed as a full energetic recalibration—where movement, sound, and presence come together to awaken, balance, and activate the body.

We begin with guided, intentional movement to open the body, release stored tension, and initiate the natural flow of energy. This somatic foundation allows you to soften, arrive, and become more receptive to the deeper layers of the experience.

From there, we transition into a contemporary kirtan journey—an evolving landscape of sound, rhythm, and expression.

Through sacred mantra, live instrumentation, and voice—including 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, guitar, and percussion—you’ll be invited into a dynamic and participatory experience. This is not a static, seated kirtan; instead, the body remains engaged, free to move, feel, and respond as the sound builds and expands.
