You will gain the experience and knowledge to create a unique yoga practice that is right for you and your students; as well as to know when and how to modify that practice as appropriate. Whether you're a dedicated practitioner aspiring to teach, an experienced teacher wishing to deepen your skill set, or wish to nourish yourself and gain profound understanding, this program is your gateway to growth.

In person: A 6-month program in the Boston area starting in January with one evening a week and one weekend a month at Shine On Yoga & Wellness in Milton.

January 12-14 We begin, Clearing the Way with Fire Salute and Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers  February 2-4: Introduction to Energetic Medicine with Ray Crist and Vanessa Pattison

March 15-17 Yin Yoga, Philosophy and History of Yoga with Chip Hartranft

April 27-29: Rewiring Our Neurology and Restructuring or Forms using Yoga Therapy with Michelle Fleming and Vanessa Pattison

May 17-19: Intro to Therapeutic Touch and it’s Applications for Yoga Therapy

June 7-9 Intelligent Sequencing: The How and Why with Michelle Fleming
