✨ Sacred Sound Ceremony: Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing ✨
Join us for a deeply nourishing Sacred Sound Ceremony designed to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. The evening begins with 50 minutes of gentle flow and restorative yoga guided by Kerry Ann, offering slow, supportive movement and spacious rest to calm the nervous system and prepare the body to receive sound.
This is followed by an immersive sound healing journey led by the powerful duo Michael Balonis and Lori Fitzpatrick. Trained at the Sage Academy of Sound in Woodstock, NY, their work integrates sacred Himalayan metals, crystal bowls, and earth-based vibrations. Mike is a certified gong practitioner trained under Don Conreaux, as well as a nutritional health practitioner and Sivananda-trained yogi. Lori is a Reiki Master and former occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience, intuitively addressing emotional and physical stress.
