Join  Kerry Ann McCarthy and  Nicole Henley for a deeply nourishing 90-minute experience designed to restore balance in deep winter season.

The evening begins with an all-levels yoga flow to open the body, release tension, and connect breath with movement. We’ll then settle into restorative postures with hands-on support, guided breathwork, and meditation to ground and center.

Nicole will guide you through a powerful sound healing journey with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the deep resonance of the gong, and the sacred practice of vocal toning. These healing frequencies work on a cellular level to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and invite deep states of peace and renewal.
