In this foundational class, you will explore the concepts of energy healing and self-discovery. Our Reiki Master Teacher will guide you through the essence of Reiki, introducing the principles, history, and techniques that form the basis of this ancient healing art.

By the end of this Reiki Level 1 class, you will have the knowledge, skills, and attunement needed to begin your Reiki journey. 

Each participant will be given a reiki 1 manual and certificate of completion.
