Join Chloe for this all levels based practice, where we will tune into how we are feeling both mind and body through breath (pranyama) and poses (asana) to release tension, tightness, and stress through staying focused on the present moment. Through a vinyasa based practice, we will strengthen and stabilize the areas on our body necessary to continue living the fullest life possible, while protecting the safety and longevity of our body, mind, and spirit. 

About Teacher :

Chloe fell in love with yoga after pursuing her passion in movement, exercise, and helping others with a degree in exercise science. During her class, she brings knowledge of the workings of the body while addressing the important aspects of mind, body, breath, non-judgement, and self-compassion, encouraging you to take what you need and leave the rest.
