Join us for an evening of sound, stillness, and renewal. This practice weaves together tuning forks, mantra meditation, and vitality practices to align with the energy of spring.
We’ll move gently with breath and sound, then settle into an extended savasana where tuning forks calm the nervous system and restore balance.
Together, we’ll work with the mantra Om Aim Hreem Kreem Namaha—a vibration for growth, renewal, and transformation.
