Yoga and the Luminous Field 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Shamans and yogis alike view the world as a matrix of energies. Through our 7 chakras, we emanate our electromagnetic field also known as the Lumounious Field or our energy body. Through these practices, we learn how to cultivate an expansive and symmetric luminous field!
