Join Kerry Ann and Boston Conservatory musician Ari for 75 minutes of meditative sound waves and ALL LEVELS yogic instruction. This week, Ari will be mixing traditional Indian sounds with synthesizers and beats, building a flexible soundtrack that will evolve throughout the class.

Join Kerry Ann and Boston Conservatory musician Ari for 60 minutes of meditative sound waves and ALL LEVELS yogic instruction.
This week, Ari will be mixing traditional Indian sounds with synthesizers and beats, building a flexible soundtrack that will evolve throughout the class.
Class will combine slow flow yoga, restorative poses, breathework, and meditation techniques to get the practitioner completely relaxed.
Ari is a drummer and soundscape artist for the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and the Boston Ballet School. He has regularly been performing live with local jambands for over 13 years.
