This 90 minute Candlelit ALL LEVELS evening will start with a slow flow class followed by longer holds in restorative and yin postures. Reiki, energy healing, and hands on assists will be provided throughout the evening. Tibetan Singing bowls will be played throughout the night.

About the event
Join Loula and Kerry Ann for a 90-minute candlelit journey of movement, sound, and healing energy.
The evening will begin with an all-levels slow flow to gently open the body, followed by grounding restorative and yin postures. Reiki, energy healing, and hands-on assists will be offered throughout to support your release and renewal.
Loula will fill the space with the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, guiding you through a chakra-balancing sound journey.
Kerry Ann and Loula will take turns guiding the practice, weaving their unique gifts together for a truly balanced evening.
A night of harmony, restoration, and deep connection—open to all levels and all bodies.
